"My Remedy Plumber arrived on time and didn’t really charge me for his service because he stated what he needed to do may not fix my problem because I needed a new faucet which he did not have. Water was running from both the tub’s faucet and the shower head. After pulling off the faucet and making a minor adjustment to a washer within the faucet the problem was "temporary" fixed, the washer was damaged. He stated that a new faucet was needed and that I could call back to have that installed. I thanked him, gave him a small thank you gift, and he was on his way. I was thankful that this plumber had "integrity" and did not try to overcharge me for work that did not fix my problem. I would surly hire this company again!!"

"The plumber was scheduled to come on 4/23 between 1:00 and 3:00p.m. At 1:00p.m. I got a call saying that the plumber would not be able to come until 4/24 as he was delayed at a previous call. He arrived promptly at 9:00a.m. the next morning. One toilet would not flush properly. He repaired that toilet. The other toilet ran on occasion. He replaced the fill valve.
