Beautiful flow from expanded living room to new gourmet kitchen, with cook’s retreat room, smooth primary bedroom with new walkin closet and laundry, luxury bathroom, sweet playroom for grandchildren, and a space-efficienct mechanical/storage room. New lighted display cabinet wall-inset, all new flooring, ceiling lights. He knows his subcontractors well, and supervises for timeliness and to meet his own high standards. Mr. Miller has well-honed aesthetic skills that repeatedly improved outcomes. Tile walls and kitchen counter designs met properly. The redesigned kitchen windows improved view of trees/garden. "I paid Mr Charlie Hippie of Cardinal Construction & Roofing INC $9000.00 on August 26th 2021. He promised to start work in 2 weeks. Which was supposed to be on September 9 2021. He never did. I called him every week for 4 weeks and all he kept doing was giving me excuses upon excuses. He was supposed to finish my basement for my sick mother in Law to use as treatment. I am still trying to reach him as I write this review but he has refused to pick his phone call or respond to my messages."

"Project went well and Titan really worked hard to pull off all the permitting and local requirements for this project. All the teams working were top quality, respectful professionals who renovated our basement. Titan added in a kitchen, full bathroom, flooring, electrical, lighting, all new plumbing including sump pump and slab cuts. In addition a new HVAC and tankless water heater were installed. The final product was above expectations and within budget. We have since hired Titan for an additional project."
