"Mr. Jones was very professional. The work was performed in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend Jones Appliance Repair."

"I had an appliance repaired. I received very prompt and excellent service."

"Overall experience was positive. The diagnosis was good and only required a $15 part that was able to install myself. My frig is working great. While my total cost for the repair was $80 which included the $35 diagnostic fee, the lowest other price quote was over $400. I am very pleased with this new type of appliance repair. I will be recommending this my family and friends."

"Michael has to be one of the nicest, honest, and professional repair person!! He was upfront about the labor cost because I had already purchased the parts. I would most definitely hire him again for my appliance repair needs in the future!!"

It was a pleasant experience to know the technician was very experienced and efficient. Took him about 2 1/2 hrs to complete his job and everything was working perfect afterwards. And the best part was the great price!!! Any home repairs I need in the future will be done by AP Appliances for sure.

Reached out to this company over the weekend. I received a call back Monday morning and a Wednesday morning appointment was scheduled. None of our repairs were an emergency (unless you consider a wine cooler not cooling an emergency!).

Alex was great! he called before arriving so I knew when he'd be here. He took a quick look at the two appliances I was concerned about and was very quickly able to ascertain that they were fine.  With regards to the upright freezer he confirmed the problem was simply a blocked condensation line that we can easily unblock by defrosting ourselves and flushing the hose.  He offered to do the work but since we know how to do that we'll take care of it ourselves.  We wanted a technician to have a look in case it was something else but it is a simple fix, albeit one that is a pain to have to do a couple of times a year!  The wine cooler however had stopped cooling and as it turns out it is not an easy fix, nor an inexpensive one.  It will cost as much to repair the compressor as it did for us to buy the unit brand new so we're opting to replace with a new unit instead.  In total Alex was here for about 45 minutes.

I truly appreciated that Alex was upfront about the issues, offered us options, and didn't just go ahead and do work that was costly or unnecessary.  Given that we are not "DIY-ers" with regards to appliance repair, I wouldn't have known what was reasonable or not so again, I very much appreciated his honesty.

We would hire this company again.

"It turned out well.  There was some other work that we had them do.  They installed some lights and some other work.  I paid about $300 additional to the Big Deal.  They did a really good job.  It seemed clear that they wanted to sell some of their other products and services which I didn’t like.  They said that they could fix certain things temporarily and suggested that we do a whole kind of renovation of that particular dysfunction.  Then I got an opinion from another electrician later that all those weren’t necessary and as it was a small dysfunction.  I told them that I was moving in six months and wanted just the basics fixed.  They did fix the dysfunction.  But they gave the pitch that it may not last long.  It gave me the feeling that they wanted to take an opportunity to try to make bigger problem out of it and get some money.  The quality of work was really good."
