"We had been having issues with Bats in the eves of our front entry for YEARS. They would come twice a year - first to mate and then to have their offspring. Their visits would leave bat poop all over our front entry steps every day for months at a time. Very frustrating. Chad responded to our request for help on the first day and was at our home for inspection and initial resolution within 2 days. After the first step of the process we waited 3 days for the bats to exit and then Chad did the final step to resolve the bat and bat poop issue. So relieved that we do not have to deal with that problem any longer. Many thanks and gratitude to Chad."

"We discovered we had a hole in our roof we couldn’t see but heard the noises in our attic. ACE found the hole that was under the shingles on our roof. He put a live catch cage and we found out we had a raccoon and some squirrels. We are greatful he caught and relocated these animals to nearby woods. He sealed up the area in our roof and we have not had any other problems since then. It’s such a relief no other damage was done in the attic space with wires. Getting quality help quickly is wonderful. I highly recommend this company to anyone. Kevin is also one of the most polite and professional people we have ever dealt with."
