Sergio arrived right on time and completed the work quickly at a reasonable price. I was impressed that the replacement was a good quality faucet - the same that I would have used if doing the repair myself. Sergio was very professional and polite. When Joe called me to inquire about my job I could tell right away he was knowledgeable of his trade, on top of that honest and of good character. We discussed what my issue was and he was able to come over and take a look. Initially what we thought was the issue was something else due to the age of my home and plumbing. He tried very hard to fix the issue but we both soon realized it was more than just a easy fix. We discussed it and he did not even charge for the work done but gave me a very fair estimate of what it would cost to resolve my issues. We set up a date and he was on time and did everything he said he would working with us on the budget we had and was always honest showing us every step of the way what he was dealing with as again our house is very old and in many cases still some of the original plumbing. "It was a rainy weekend…We had rapid leaking from the pipes in our basement ceiling (discovered over the weekend). We had called or regular company and other plumbers/services and all “took a message” or flat out said they were not available. Sunday morning I decided to try one more time. Rob answered the phone himself and offered to come over later in the day. He called back to let me know the exact time of his arrival. I didn’t know the source of the water so we weren’t doing laundry or dishes. Rob arrived and quickly located the source of the water and repaired the problem. We were expecting to pay $$$ because it was a Sunday emergency call. The price was quite reasonable but he gave us a discount on the full service price because he only needed to perform a part of that service…we now have a new friend and a new plumber.
