Craig Howard stopped by and after inspecting the attic and taking pictures of the raccoon's feces in multiple locations there and potential entry points outside my house, came up with an itemized estimate to decontaminate and sanitize the attic; safely remove old fiberglass insulation and blow in new R-36 cellulose insulation (eco-friendly with 15% boric acid). After giving them the go-ahead, they had a crew of seven do the work in one day in a professional and efficient manner. "Ivan was really nice. I would use him again. I just thought that the price was too high. We never caught the critter in attic but it appears that it is gone. after Ivan sealed the house up and the hole where he thought it came in, 24 hours later, i never heard the animal again. I am guessing the animal was out on a day cruise while Ivan sealed the house and when "it" came back, the house was sealed. the trap is still up in attic but nothing in it."
