My job was done in a timely manner which was a relief as another company quoted me a 4 day delay. My water was off at the main so I really didn't want to wait that long. The technicians were knowledgeable and professional and answered my questions. They left no mess behind. Buckeye Waterproofing was by far the most experienced of them and explained everything that was going on so I and my son-in-law could understand and make sense. They told me what was needed to be done to repair what previous company did and what would be needed for the rest of the house. After sitting with Rick from Buckeye I had decided to have them do the work because he made me feel so comfortable with the work he would be doing and gave me the best price of the quotes we had. Everyone else wanted to do start from scratch and do previous work I had done over while Rick explained he could repair the work and save me some money since I had already paid for work years ago. The crew Rick sent was prompt,clean and very respectful of my house and I was extremely satisfied with work they did. It has now been 2 months since the work was done and everything has been dry with no issues at all on the new work that was done or the repairs to the old work that the other waterproofing company did and couldn't figure out how to repair. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and have already sent them a friend to have work done as well.
