Kevin came out to give us a quote and we didn't feel rushed as we tried to agree on what we actually wanted. When it came time to decide how to pay, you can pay in full or finance. We gave a deposit and decided to pay in full at the end of the project, so the materials were ordered. Material arrived on time, we scheduled the installation, and we pulled the dream installation team of Bill and Lennon. These two were amazing, they took out the old tub/shower and had the new walk-in shower installed in day one. They were very professional, personable, and knew what they were doing. They were back on day two to install the floor, vanity, linen closet, mirror, and towel bars. We are absolutely thrilled with the end result. Both my husband and I would highly recommend this company if you were thinking about making a change in your bathroom(s). Added plus to all of this, they have a lifetime warranty on their products and workmanship!!!"

"We completely remodeled a family room and the results were beyond our expectations. This job was done quickly and efficiently and nobody could have done it better. The demolition of the room was down to the studs. New framing was done, we added a closet, built-in book shelves, added a custom window seat with drawers below the seat, added a custom cabinet, lighted ceiling fan, and canned lights. New hardwood flooring was installed, stained and finished. Finally, the room was painted to finish the job. Mark and his team understood our concept and took it to a higher level."

"It went extremely well and very smooth! We love our new bathroom (well, its been five months - sorry guys for the late review!) We had a small and very outdated full bathroom with amongst other things: a bathtub liner, a soffit above the tub that served absolutely no purpose, wood floor and an awkwardly located linen closet. We now have a beautiful bathroom including a tiled shower/tub, a custom cabinet & drawers replacing the old linen closet, porcelain tiled floor and no more soffit which makes our small bathroom look much bigger. Terry, Jody & Brian are THE best. If you want quality, efficiency, timeliness and professionalism, they're the only only way to go. Simply put, we wanted quality work done in a timely manner. "We hired Jack some time ago for some big jobs and are having issues now because of shoddy work done at the time. First, both bathrooms’ ceilings were painted with flat paint. Over time, the moisture caused the paint to flake and mold to form. A semi- gloss should have been used, which I would have expected a professional to know. We had them install a jacuzzi tub. The plumber mixed the hot and cold lines. We had to shut the water to the jacuzzi off to be able to get hot water in the shower. We will be selling soon and this will not be a cheap fix. The upper cabinets they installed in the kitchen are coming off of the ceiling. The rest of the work was okay, but not happy about having unprofessional with done after we paid so much."

"Jeff and his son were awesome to work with and did a beautiful job on our bathroom (total remodel). Jeff was very responsive before our project began, answered numerous emails/questions, and offered suggestions for materials/brands. The project went smoothly, and they made sure to keep the place very clean - you wouldn't even know construction was going on in our house! Great work for a very reasonable price. I am already recommending to family members who need work done, and we will definitely be using them for future projects."

"Slow and carefully in the midst of COVID. Workers were tidy and polite. Small issues. Hardware used to hang one cabinet was left poking through into the dining room. Lighting installed beneath cabinets failed after 9 months."
