Next, they set traps and monitored any potential activity for 2 weeks. Once they confirmed there was no activity, they scheduled the complete removal of all debris including insulation. Once the debris was removed, they completely sanitized the entire attic and replaced with new insulation. "This company did a great job for me removing my skunk problem. The owner, Jeremy, set up traps near my open crawl space and taught me how to use them. He always took my calls and answered my questions, including how to let an opossum out of one of the traps on the second day. After four days and no skunks he came back out to check under the house, remove the traps and seal up the crawl space. The smell had increased overnight and he confirmed my suspicions that a skunk had died. He crawled under the house, bagged it, sprayed the area with an odor control solution that I provided and tightly sealed up my crawl space. He even insisted on putting the cardboard shield for the traps in the recycle bin himself. I highly recommend Animal Capture Wildlife."

"About 4 years ago, I hired them to take care of rats in my attic. Within 1 week they caught 4 rats (if memory serves me correctly), located and sealed a couple of entry points that they thought the rats might be coming in from and I have yet to hear anything in the attic since. Since 2010 they have come out and provided us with timely and reliable monthly service by baiting for the rats in bait stations around our house and landscaping, spray the exterior for ants and spiders, and also treat for gophers in the rare chance they pop up in our yard. I hired them because they also take care of our HOA as well for gophers and provide impeccable services (you should have seen our greenbelt and slopes before they started). <br /> Any person I've ever encountered with this company has always been friendly, courteous and knowledgeable of their industry. <br /> Last night, we had a bee swarm fly into our house. When we came home there was a ball of bees resting on the kitchen light fixture. We called their after hours line, and Lee came out at 10PM. He was our knight in shining armor and removed the swarm. They charged us $185 for the bee removal (regular price vs emergency rates) since we've been customers for so long. I appreciated there loyalty and helpfulness and always being there when we need them. <br /> I will be writing a huge thank you letter to both our board of directors and property management company for contracting such a great company as well as calling the company to let them know how helpful and personable Lee was in taking care of our urgent problem. <br />"

"Unfortunately, we waited too long before calling a pest control company so the first spray didn't take care of all the ants but Seaview came back out and sprayed again and did not charge us. We were also happy that the spray did no ruin the hardwood floors, which they assured us it wouldn't. I would hire them again."
