The installer had the water heater I wanted on the truck and did an excellent job of putting in the new unit, cleaning up and even replacing copper flex tubing and installing a new overflow pipe out of copper as well, no additional cost. This company specializes in water heaters and couldn't do any additional work on supply lines and they clearly state that on their website. I didn't need that type of additional work."

Delayed several days as the equipment haven’t arrived yet. Job cost as agreed, but took half day longer due to the complexity of installation. Results are excellent. The mini-split units works as specified. Will use Albert Nahman heating plumbing again in the future."

"We were not happy with how it went. In advance of the appointment, i sent photos of our faucet so that they could have the replacement parts ready. When they arrived, they only had the hose not the faucet head. They were going to charge an additional $130 for the head (that was on top of the service call fee and the hose). This seemed exorbitant to us given retail prices of these basic equipment supplies. We argued that we should receive a break because they should have had all the pieces with them at the initial visit. They were not swayed by this and did not agree that they should have had supplied with them."
