"Needed a gas line fitting removed since it was quite stuck. The owner was quick to respond and had someone here right away. He didn't have a large enough channel lock to remove it but luckily I did. With my channel locks and some serious muscle and determination he was able to remove it. He wasn't able to take my payment while on site but the owner sent an invoice via email the same day. I was able to make the payment over the phone the next day but it would be nice to do it online."

"Our 18 year old AC finally but the dust last year. Kevin and Kenny with Top Shelf quoted us last year (fall 2019) for a full replacement of our HVAC + water heater. AC, furnace, water heater. Since the furnace and water heater were also 18 years old we decied to just replace everything together. They gave us another quote spring of 2020 that was the same. They were also well under their competitors pricing (6 other quotes) and much more thorough with their quote. They actually went into the crawl space to check the duct work, counted the registers, asked about heating and cooling issues in different rooms, triple checked what we currently had and made sure what they recommended to replace would be sufficient and efficient. Other companies sent a sales guy with a brochure. To be honest, I had some reservations about a new company but they were very down to earth and just seemed like professional good guys. They were that and more. On a sweltering hot day, that freak week of 90 F we got before the rain hit, they came out and installed everything. 12+ hour day they went at it. I think they took a lunch, at least I hope they did. Anyway, they worked hard. Everything looked fantastic after the install. Pipes were all wrapped, duct work was insulated and tight, pipes were good. Idk what Iâ m talking about but it looked a lot better than what Hubble did 18 years ago. The filter replacement rack is magnetic and super simple to use. The inspectors that came even commented on how well a job they did. And on top of that they explain everything. "Rep opened up conversation with extremely high price, then tried to up sale me into spending 2000$ on a new water heater. Stated that he would fix my broken pipe for free. I told him I only though it was a fairly easy fix about 200$ repair job. He went in to the crawl space and came back out and stated good news say the pipe had never been connected. So he cleaned up and glued the pipe and charged me 160$ for 10 minutes of actual work. He did verify there were no leaks after repair"
