I called them to install a gas range that I purchased elsewhere (before I found out about AD) and reinstall a dryer that some idiots from a big box store had installed improperly, leaving a gas leak. Furthermore, he even offered to beat the already-low Cyber Monday price from the other retailer if I wanted to cancel my order with them due to a delivery issue. Top notch customer service! His installation team was equally impressive. They went above and beyond for us, fixing a leaky washer hose they discovered when they went to fix the dryer and hauling off the packaging from the new stove in addition to the old unit. They installed the new stove meticulously, explained all of their work and checked and double checked to make sure everything was working perfectly before they left. On top of all that, they were efficient, professional and friendly. I could not be happier with Joel and Appliance Driven. They have a new customer for life. "Anthony Gandolfo gave a very reasonable quote for our bathroom remodel.  He laid out plans clearly and gave us day-to-day updates throughout the process.  The job took a little longer than expected--3.5 weeks as opposed to 2.5 weeks, however there were unexpected delays.  
Anthony does beautiful tile work!!  Please be sure that he is the one on the team that does this part of the job, as he is meticulous. He doesn't mind you pointing out any little detail that might need more attention.  The only major problem during the job was a leak that was discovered in a heating line after the ceiling had already been sheet rocked.  Anthony addressed the issue quickly and his plumber was came to the house later that day to eventually fix the issue.
Both bathrooms turned out great!  There was an unresolved plumbing issue in the main bathroom (the shower runs ever so slightly while running a bath), however overall we are very satisfied with how it turned out.  My family would definitely consider hiring Gandolfo Contracting again in the future.
