Customers say: Super punctual

"Kevin and his crew did good work. He has great promptness and communication. He always lets you know the current progress of the project voluntarily. He expanded my driveway with a concrete slab. He also added a concrete skirt behind my house and added a cobble stone border around my current paver stones. The work looks clean and professional. I'm pleased with the final result."

"First impressions...courteous salesman, but given wrong time frame for work completion.... Customer Service....I called and was given a completion date that was about a month different than the salesman's date....BUT... I was called back by Customer Service (Tiffany) and given a new date that was only a day later than she called.... soooooooooo.... realizing that the weather and the holidays played a role in missing the initial date, I can now say that I'm very happy with the workmanship and professionalism of the whole RamJack New England experience. As it's only been 1 day since the work was done, I'm hopeful that the foundation crack problem has been solved. Time will tell."

"I recently had my shingle roof replaced and I?m very happy with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and completed the job efficiently. The quality of the work is excellent, and the new roof looks great. They kept the work area clean and communicated well throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a roof replacement."

"Completed a fairly major basement renovation with KBA a few months ago. KBA served as the general contractor, and was responsible for subcontracting specialty (e.g., pluming and electrical) work. Scope of work included demolition and removal of a substantial part of an outdated basement, new electrical and lighting, new flooring, ceiling, and walls, interior painting, restoration of staircase, and total renovation of a basement bathroom, including addition of a new shower, as well as handling all permitting and inspection (code) requirements. Although there were a few minor hangups and delays, as can be expected with any big project, we were very happy with both the timeline and the outcome. The quality of the work was great, and the professionalism of all staff was outstanding. This was a large project that we were hesitant to move forward with at first, but once we started working with KBA, everything went pretty smoothly. Very good experience overall and would recommend to others."

"Curt was very professional and responsive from the moment we first called him. We had a dirt floor crawlspace with a large amount of moisture. The crawl space height was very low but Curt's crew managed to get in and de-mold and encapsulate the entire crawlspace. They also installed a thermostatically controlled dehumidifier which kicks on automatically when the moisture level gets too high. The crew did an excellent job under challenging conditions. The price was right too. Would recommend Curt and Real Dry to anyone needing basement or crawlspace solutions."

"Ricardo and his son did a very good job. Aside from a manageable language barrier the project was done in a timely fashion. Ricardo was punctual and removed all of the shrubs we wanted out from the yard. I would recommend his services to anyone who needed yard work done."

"I first met the landscaping company at the RI Home show and was impressed with the description and variety of services. I had a free onsite quote performed and eventually signed up for the initial cleanup of the yard, edging, mulching to have the bigger initial items taken care of for the season. The results were subpar for a first client visit with mulch being spread out over weeds that were not cleared and not all of the mulch being applied to flower beds and the back lawn not cut. It required a follow up phone call to indicate that the crew did not weed, finish mulching or mow the back yard. The crew came back out and completed, but certainly was not the best way to make a first impression. When the bill came the initial edging bill came in at almost the price listed on the quote and when questioned, I was given a run around describing the difference between cleaning edges up vs. putting a brand new edge in. It made me wonder why i had even bothered to have a quote in the first place. Additionally, I questioned the bill being based on an actual of hours/man/hr vs an estimated number. Needless to say, this was much more of a hassle than I originally anticipated when looking for the time savings in having a "professional" take care of the lawn. I continued lawn and fertilizing services until i arrived home one day to only my front lawn being mowed. After that, i decided to cancel service all together as the money was not worth the time it was taking to follow up and describe my issues with service. "

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in East Providence, RI

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
