"House has base board (boiler) heating system and wanted whole house AC. After consulting with Neal/Duane choose a Bosch 2 ton AHU w/35k inverter. Also had them add a surge protector because of the frequent power surges/outages in the area I live in rural area (Oswego county). Duct work needed to be installed which added to over all cost in materials and labor. Another factor was I had them add in the heating section of the system as the cost was minimal to the over all cost and now have a backup heating system. Work was done timely with little interruption. All was cleaned up afterwords and Duane did a little touch up work on the sub-contracted duct work. Used a Smart thermostat for the installed heat pump and later replace the boiler thermostat w/ a smart thermostat as well which allows me to control/monitor all heating and AC systems remotely.
