I wanted a camera down to locate my septic tank. Plumber had to go back for it, but got back in short time. "The short is that they were courteous, timely, communicated well, and stuck by their quote. The long is that I had 5+ companies give me quotes. The job was a panel upgrade, adding 2 dedicated outlets (microwave and hair dryer), and checking my wiring concern. Of all the companies that came out, the Flanco reps (Kurtis and Blake) seemed the most attentive and detailed. They asked what I needed done, but also listened when I explained that some wiring seemed "off". They were the only reps (in total,I saw/talked to 8 different electricians) that showed any interest or concern about the wiring and the only reps that asked to look in the attic to check wiring and attic condition.. They cleaned up once finished. When I contacted the city (less than 2 hours after the Flanco team left) for an inspection, I was informed that the city had already been contacted by my electrician to set up the inspection. All in all a great experience and plan to use them for my future electrician needs."
