"Tim promptly reached out and set up an estimate appt for replacing my sump pump system. Was very informative and explained the recommended job details well and clearly. Seemed fairly priced compared to other quotes. Was on time for install appt, explained the system and showed me the sensors/light functions. Exceeded expectations. Would recommend Tim/Drains Inc to family and friends."

"My old cast iron main drain from my ejector pit that runs through the basement ceiling, broke and spilled sewage into my basement. Bob really impressed me with his ingenuity, and more importantly his confidence in how to best do the job. Bob and Kevin got my main sewer line cleared and everything cleaned up in 2 hours. I highly recommend R.A. Mechanical."

"Tech arrived on time and ready to go. He explained the issue he found with our old furnace and went over options clearly and professionally, and was generally delightful."
