"Modern did a thorough repair job including significant structural repairs on 2 levels of the home.   They documented their work extensively in photos (at my request) for any future  homeowner.  Modern was careful to tape off non-work areas of the home (for dust control) and they protected my newly redone hardwood floors with full tarp covers.   They cleaned up when job was complete and even repainted repaired areas.  They were proactive and treated for termites in one area, in case they returned!  I consider myself to be a discriminating consumer, Modern's work was superb.

"I called and initially spoke with Tom about the home my wife & I just purchased with termite damage in the basement. He was a very friendly person and scheduled one of his guys to come out and check out our house, Kevin. Kevin came out, checked out the perimeter and the basement and determined there were no active termites, especially since May/June was prime season to see them active. However, in the best interest of preventing them from coming back and to be doubly sure they weren't present, he advised to spray the damage with some foam as well as inject termador deep in the ground surrounding the house, giving my home a protective barrier along the perimeter. All of this treatment was safe to be around in general, but I worried about how long before I could beef up the repairs in the basement. Kevin advised it would take 24 hours for the treatment to take effect and then we could begin with making more substantial repairs in the basement. Kevin was quick yet thorough, communicative, and friendly. The quote provided was roughly 150-200 bucks cheaper than a competitor I spoke with who was terrible at communication. I would highly recommend Custom Pest Solutions to friends and family."

I looked up What s Bugging You on Home Advisor and received a call and a quote very quickly - we were able to schedule an appt right away. The service works very well - we have little to no spiders or bugs, or they are dead if I do see them. Stephen is very knowledgeable and provides great customer service. We have regular appts but if I need additional service, he makes time right away. For the summer, we added on the flea, tick and mosquito service - also because we just got a puppy. Overall, a great value and makes me feel more comfortable in my home."
