The only draw back was that the installer couldn't speak English, and the clean up was poor. That being said, they were very good to complete the job expeditiously and did a follow up."

Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. I'm sending in a paid invoice for reimbursement consideration. As a Homeowner, we just needed to minimize secondary damage that we realize is not covered under the home warranty.
