He and his crew were punctual, cleaned up after themselves and did good work. We enjoyed working with Patrick and feel we got a good deal considering everything that needed to be done. When it became clear that we had a serious problem, he quoted us one price for the digging and new clean-out installation and didn't charge us for the initial snake and scope services. He also got the inspector to recommend fixing the sewer under the street, and that was accomplished in a timely manner since a new water main had just been installed on our street and the paving hadn't been completed. "The mainline was rodded to the street, and the dishwasher now works properly, because before that the backup was flowing into the basement. Flomaxx completed the pump change, even though they desperately tried to save the prior pump from having to be taken out, I insisted that they change it because the leak had been going for over 6 months, after having the original plumber come back twice, and he had not resolved this issue. Flomaxx also discovered a leak in the toiled attached to the pump, and changed that with a toilet that I provided, and gave me a solution for another small laundry tub sink, that I was able to go get the part from Menards, and change myself."
