Jonathan and his crew were friendly, professional and great at their job. Ricardo, our project manager listened to our concerns and course corrected some small items during the build. I have not seen any other company that installs horizontal railings nor a deck skirt with the beautiful white PVC boards. Now I have a deck and a shed underneath my deck and porch. I thought I had to choose between the high-cost, glossy brochure, licensed & reputable companies OR the cheap, unlicensed, pushy “if you ask for inspections the cost is double” contractors. Arafat quoted a much more reasonable price, gave excellent advice to help us build what would be most useful, never pressured us, and got all the appropriate permits & inspections. We were probably fairly high-maintenance clients, and Arafat was patient and kind, describing options as we went and modifying a ‘normal’ porch set up to reduce pollen so my highly allergic husband & daughters can enjoy the space. "HR Renovations did a great job building our deck and screened in porch. Harold put together a project and a price that fit our budget. Permits were pulled and inspections passed. Deck is solid and looks great. Pedro and Juan were professional and personable. Take aways a from experience: Ensure you pull permits and ask to do so up front, wait to screen in your porch if you plan to stain, if your budget can handle it put up aluminum gutters vice any plastic gutters, screen doors can sag, and really just enjoy your new deck. This deck is really a vacation at home."

Randy was very collaborative and responsive as we refined our requirements and specifications. Once we committed, Deck Builders helped us with the County permits and our HOA submission. "I talked to many (I'm a bit embarrassed to say how many!) deck builders to get quotes on replacing my wooden deck with a composite deck from spring until early fall 2019. I was looking for a combination of the right price, outstanding customer service, and feeling confident that the contractor would do the job right. "Excellent from start to finish! A+++ Juan arrived on and quickly for our estimate. He was professional and easy to talk to. He gave me an estimate on the spot. When we chose to hire him to build the pantry, his secretary called to confirm the dates and times that the workers would be here. They arrived on time and worked a full day. They returned on time again the second day to finish the project. Very professional company, easy to talk to, and great finished project. "Balteza Property Services did an amazing job pressure washing and staining our deck. They were punctual and professional, and helped us choose a proper stain. (Some businesses use Home Depot supplies and charge you $$$$ but Balteza Property Services was reasonable AND they special ordered a top quality stain.) We have had our deck stained before, but it looked nothing like it looks now. They are the best. Period."

It was a pleasure having them around, watching them work, and learning some of their tricks and techniques for doing things!
