The driveway brickwork cement came out within a few weeks. They came back and re did it and it has all come back out. The other work they did was just fine. They probably should have used a rubberized material for the driveway since it has stress from cars going over it. To their credit, they did do some extra work for free on the second trip to appease me.

"They arrived on time. Reviewed the services to be performed. The tree was down quickly and they hauled it away as well. They had to remove a section of my fence for this, which they did and put it all back the way it was. My only confusion was on what happens to the tree stump. I had never had this done before so didn't ask about the tree stump removal until they were half way through the job. I was able to call them and get that arranged during the time they were there though."

They called the day before the work was to start to answer any questions I had. The work team arrived earlier than I expected by about 10 to 30 minutes. They finished installing 19 piers and leveling the house in 1 1/2 days. They put everything back the way it was when they started and did a walk around with me to make sure I was satisfied. This company is honest and courteous and very easy to work with."
