"I don't write reviews often, but in this case I must. We were served by Diego and Nathan who were extraordinary. My wife and I are architects and have repaired a few homes and did much of the work ourselves. but we were not going to tackle lifting the foundation nor leveling the sloping floors. the planning was tricky for us all due to COVID, but once we got going, we were completely satisfied with the work, the service, and the good humor of the Foundation Solutions team. Diego and Nathan were communicative, clean, hard working and had a fine attention to detail. And we had a lot of fun together. there are other foundation repair companies that are more 'slick' , but Foundation Solutions is the real thing. they know their work and do it well."

"Bought a new home and had it remodeled. I started noticing a lot of cracks in my ceiling and thought the remodel was done poorly only to find out that it was actually a leveling issue due to my house settling. Guess that’s a common issue in Woodland Hills and homes built on slabs. I found sunshine builders and foundation repair on yelp and had them reassess my foundation. They fixed my leveling issue hassle free. Couldn’t be happier."

"He provided the name of the engineer he would use for the structural considerations and the draftsman for the submission of plans to the City of LA for all permit requirements. As soon as the permits were issued he began work immediately. I was on site for the entire project and was extremely well pleased with the workers used, from framers to drywaller, all were excellent.  He kept me informed of all details and progress of the job.  The city inspections went smoothly.  Adam also offered decorating suggestions and referrals for flooring.  I will certainly use Adam for any future projects. <br />"

"CPand G came out to give an estimate very quickly after my initial phone call. Their price was competitive, their reviews were good, and they were able to start immediately, so I hired them. They arrived exactly as scheduled and completed the job in two days. I am very satisfied with the quality of the driveway and will call them again for any concrete-related needs I ever have."

"Rani and his team were always a phone call or a text message away.  Not only were the incredibly professional, they were also extremely courteous, trust worthy, and efficient.  The end result of the project FAR exceeded what we had envisioned.  We look forward to working with RL Remodeling on future projects and would recommend them to anyone (and already have).  Thank you, RL Remodeling!"

"California Skyline Remodeling Inc, . Has done both of our bathrooms. He's (Joe) has done a beautiful job. He's very professional reliable and a trustworthy contractor. He listens to your design ideas. He will also make recommendations, and he backs up his work. If you want it done right the 1st time Joe is the person to call. I started with remodeling one bathroom for my 85 year old mother to make it more accessible for her. She had a bathtub, we changed it to a walk-in shower. Once I saw his work I decided to do my second bathroom. He helped me with the financing to pay for the second bathroom. He did a beautiful job on both bathrooms. After a year doing my bathroom I've rehired him to do more projects in my home. He's the one that I call for future projects because I know his work his exceptional."

"We had an incredible experience working with Builderzz Remodeling for our kitchen remodel. Guy and his team were very accessible, managing the project end-to-end from design, construction, inspection through completion. They set a budget and timeline upfront and stayed true to both. They were very detail oriented and had our best interests in mind. We never felt in the dark as they were very transparent and responsive whenever we needed. Our kitchen turned out better than we had anticipated and we couldn't have asked for a better contractor or experience. Thank you Builderzz Remodeling!"

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Fillmore, CA

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
