"Don't hesitate to hire Mike MacGregor. He's excellent. We had a gas leak in a fireplace valve that was inaccessible behind a cabinet wall. We called every plumber Home Advisor recommended AND several fireplace companies (including the one that installed the fireplace). No one, except Mike, was willing to take the job or to assist us in getting access to the fireplace. When we finally gained access, Mike came with a new valve but discovered that it didn't actually need to be replaced. What honesty? He fixed the valve (saving us the cost of the replacement) and charged us a very, very reasonable price for all his work. Thank you Mike. We will definitely call again when we need a plumber."

"We were getting very frustrated about trying to get someone to fix this toilet. A similar repair some years ago cost about $150,
but the new super in our building said this repair would cost about $400! We considered it....then logged on to Angie?s List.
Rapid Repairs referred us to a plumber near to us and he arrived that afternoon. He assessed the problem, left to buy the needed part and fixed the toilet when he returned. The bill: $160.

As a single woman running my own home and being very particular.....it is extremely important to be able to discuss the job, hear all the details, and employ someone who is honest, honorable, well qualified, neat, and highly informed. I first hired Rob for the drain problem. He accomplished that efficiently and neatly at a reasonable price. We discussed options for a back up for the sump pump. Having a finished basement, I am always concerned about water. I have never lost electricity during a rain storm....but the possibility always takes up space in my brain. I have a portable generator....but I have to be home to start it. Today Rob arrived on time and installed the back up for me. It took the whole morning as he predicted. He explained how it all worked and it is a beautiful thing. I so appreciate knowledgable and personable service. I highly recommend Easy Flow Drain and Mechanical LLC for any plumbing needs. Oh....one more thing...he noticed a leak in my fairly new furnace exhaust piping. He pointed it out and gave me several possible reasons for the leak so I could intelligently discuss it with the company that installed the new energy efficient furnace. "Orbit was a pleasure to deal with. They gave us an exact time they would be here for both appointments instead of giving us a window of time, which is hard to find these days. On top of that, they were on time or early each time. Justin did a wonderful job explaining the benefits, and the install team were in and out in no time. We got a softener, filtration system, and alkaline drinking water system. We couldn't be happier, and wish we would have done this sooner. A+ business!"

"We purchased a mother/daughter house in spring 2015. The main house needed remodeling and we wanted to completely renovate the smaller unit including the kitchen and bathroom (included reconfiguring the bathroom and moving a wall). The main unit work included a remodeling to make the main bathroom senior friendly and we added central A/C to both units. We also needed quite a bit of landscaping done which included removing concrete around the pool and repaving, adding a new fence & sod, building a fire pit and plantings. Andrew and his design team worked very closely with us during the planning stage to make sure that all our needs (and wants) were being met. They did professional renderings of the space with the proposed changes and made sure that we were happy with the final product before starting on any of the major projects. Andrew did a great job from start to finish on this project and I would say he has the ability to not only focus on the larger aspects of the job but also notice the smaller details. He even went above and beyond and spoke to the neighbors during the demolition stage so that they would know what to expect which I thought was a great and I'm sure they appreciated. All of the work that Andrew's team did was of the highest quality and we trusted him to get everything done to code and to our standards. Andrew has a good network of subcontractors and other specialists in the area and coordinated every aspect of the project so we didn't have to worry about finding different people for different jobs. This was extremely important since we weren't on site while work was being completed and didn't have the time to deal with this. If at any point we were unhappy with anything he would propose a solution and try to work with us. We ran into a few unforeseen issues since the house was older (which I think happens on almost any project!) but Andrew worked with us to explain everything and made sure they were taken care of. We are extremely happy with all the work that Andrew and his team did. The guys who work with him are trustworthy and worked hard and we couldn't have done any of this without them. I can honestly say that I was so excited with how spot on the finished project was compared to the vision that I had in mind at the beginning. I would definitely recommend Two Rivers and would hire them for any other projects."

"We needed to have our antiquated and failing sewer main replaced, a big job. I would rate 10 stars if I could! I could not be more pleased with the service and the outcome. Bill came out quickly and provided an extremely competitive estimate. They started the following weekday. They arranged for all utility markings and permit, and handled all of the interactions with the utilities and township. They were able to maneuver the new PVC pipe around trees on our lawn so none had to be removed. The work was completed in 3 days total. It would have been completed in 2 days, but one of the utilities did not mark their lines correctly resulting in more work for them, and the township inspector arrived extremely late which delayed them in filling the trench. They worked past 8 pm on two of the days. They came back late one day to clear water that flowed into the trench after a heavy rain. Extremely professional. Super friendly service, and excellent communication throughout the project. They specialize in sewer mains and underground plumbing, and have seen it all. This is one of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor!"

"Mark did a fantastic job of installing the new dishwasher. I'm in a 70-year-old building, with 35-year-old kitchen counters. Getting the dishwasher to fit into the space and run properly required a lot of imagination, and Mark figured it out. He's a professional and his work is excellent. While he was working on the dishwasher, he also upgraded some of the kitchen plumbing, so now we're in great shape. He's a real professional!"

"Frank is an old-world master craftsman. This large table had been in my family for 4 generations, and was in awful shape - wobbly, water-stained, and in places worn through to bare wood. Frank and his crew strengthened and beautifully refinished the table and all 8 of its leaves. His work was done exactly as requested, on-time, and for a reasonable price. He also strengthened and refinished 6 very wobbly and stained Queen Anne chairs to match the table and to no longer wobble. I couldn't recommend him highly enough. If you have a nice piece of furniture that needs work, he's your man.
