One of their phone representatives is not too enthusiastic about talking to me during the service call. Seemed as though she has a hard day or week or just hates her job.
There are lots of competition with plumbing and AC services in my area and we are willing to shop around for better prices and faster customer service, especially for our leaking water heater.
