"I was not surprised to read and see that Landmark construction energy crew have such an excellent reputation online, as I would also recommend them and their jobs. We hired them to paint the exterior and interior of our house few months ago and they did a remarkable job. The job went on without any problem or issues even though we were not at the house part of the time due to a trip that we went on. The quality of the work that they did get into a minor delay and it took longer than expected, but it was not because of their fault. Before we hired Landmark construction energy crew, we had other contractors in at the same time and they were getting in each other’s way. When the paint project was completed, we were very satisfied with the final results. Our house looks brand new now and we can't say enough good things about how beautiful it came out. Charlie was the nicest and lovely man during the project and he was very in-depth, extremely detail oriented and he didn’t cut corners in any way. Charlie with his workers went above and beyond on our job to make us pleased and we felt like they treated our house as if it was his own. Charlie took pride in the job that they were doing and the final work can show that very clear. It’s sad to mention but those days, it’s very hard to find workers like that anymore. We also were very pleased with Jose (the main painter that ran the show when Charlie was not around). Joe stayed in close contact with Charlie and us as the job developed. The pricing for this whole work was very fair and they were willing to work around our though schedule. "This review is specific to the Concord, CA office of AIPM. Wonderful experience on all levels. I needed a number of wasp nests and mud dauber nests removed from under the eaves of my 2 story home. I called AIPM at 9am - the receptionist was courteous and helpful. She scheduled an appointment for noon that same day and I was thrilled they could come out so quickly. Pavel S. arrived on time, was courteous, experienced, and extremely knowledgeable. He reviewed the work, explaining exactly and in detail how he would remove the nests, and provided me with a quote. I thought it a bit pricey, but needed the wasps removed. Pavel explained that the increased cost related to that the difficulty of reaching the second story eaves. Pavel worked diligently and professionally to remove all traces of the wasps and thoroughly cleaned up after himself. But what really impressed me was the fact that Pavel provided a personal promise that if the wasps returned, he would come out a remove the nests at no charge. This level of customer service is truly amazing."

"Of the three major termite exterminators I checked, they had the best price for comprehensive service: soil treatment and bait stations. I had some trouble getting the correct phone number for the nearest branch from their headquarters, but the local office staff was very responsive and I was able to get a Saturday appointment that very weekend. David, the one who performed the actual treatment, was extremely professional, courteous and happy to answer all my questions. He really went the extra mile: I had forgotten to clear off my patio for him to access the walls of the house and not only did he help me move everything, but he put all of it back when he was finished, exactly where it had been. This guy deserves a commendation, and I will recommend Clark to everyone I know."

"Outstanding professional work........Richard Sarimana was our inspector. He did a very thorough inspection of our residence and furnished a detailed explanation and pricing information of what needed to be done. He ensured that there was a good understanding of the services. We are previous customers of Pacific Coast Termite (PCT) and were very satisfied with their work previously and decided to use them again. PCT called a day before our appointment to remind of our scheduled appointment and Richard called 15 minutes before his arrival at our residence. Richard had excellent customer service skills and exhibited those qualities which you would expect of your employees. The technician who came to our house was Ron. He called prior to arriving and upon arriving, walked me through all of the areas which needed work and thoroughly explained what he was going to do (termite and rodent work), how he was going to do it, why it needed to be done, and inquired if I had any questions. I could not have been more satisfied with his thoroughness. I subsequently referred PCT to other members of my family and fortunately, Ron also serviced their residences. My brother was equally impressed with the extensive work (termite and rodent work) performed by Ron and other PCT employees. With respect to my mother’s residence, when Ron completed his inspection prior to beginning work (rodent work) he told me that there was no work that needed to be done. As a result, the repair work which a previous PCT inspector had furnished did not have to be done and we did not have to spend any funds. Ron’s honesty is certainly atypical and worthy of recognition and a credit to PCT. Request Ron to be assigned as your technician………..you will not have any regrets as you will receive a thorough professional job coupled with an individual who has integrity. As a side note, if you have any questions re bowling, Ron is the go to guy......he gave me some bowling tips which I am anxious to try and hopefully, my scores will benefit."

"Fabulous! Will and his team removed large old wooden deck, including support structure, and built new one using Firberon composite materials. About 3 weeks in all. It looks great and feels much sturdier. We couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend this group."
