He educated me about how the sewage is set up and how he was going to use a "minor" snake to unclog the pipes that move the garbage from the kitchen. I watched him as he worked and appeared to know what he was doing. He finished the job promptly and showed me how the pipe-line was clogged by grease and fat with his camera. He did an excellent job!"

They were a strong advocate for me in dealing with the various player to get the repairs made at no charge to me."
