"The owner explained to me that woodpeckers are a protected species and he referred me to an animal specialist who came out and handled the problem for me. He was honest and didn't care that he was sending my business elsewhere. Other places I called wanted to come out and check for bugs, but this owner assured me that woodpeckers during this time of the year are looking to build a nest and aren't damaging your house to eat bugs. I appreciated his honesty and knowledge. It turned out he was spot on correct. The animal preservationist came out and repaired the damage the woodpeckers had done and then installed deterrents to keep them off the house. If I ever need pest work done, though, I would call Bug-A-Pest back and hire them."

"Rob was relentless in getting them all out although it was definitely not an easy job!! He figured out they had more than one point of entry but was able to find each one and finish the job by sealing everything up. They were incredibly humane to the flying squirrels and truly a joy to have over each day. I think it's a rarity when you can look forward to having pest control guys visit! :-) Both Rob and Matt are amazing guys and I will definitely be calling them again if we have other nuisance animals!!
