"Jody was very helpful and considerate. He gave me plenty of information regarding the different options I had so that I could make an informed and educated decision. He and his assistant did a great job removing the old water heater and installing the new one. After the installation was complete, they were sure to clean up their work area. "Jimmy is a straight shooter and takes pride in his work. He is very honest and takes the time to do the job right. I was impressed with his crew as well. My back yard was a head scratcher of a problem to deal with. There was limited ways to get storm water drained out. Jimmy came up with a system that had 2 ways to get water out. One via gravity, and the other via a powered sump pump system. In addition my entire backyard has hand laid pavers so the crew had to remove and re-set all the pavers properly. All in all I am very happy and will be recommending Jimmy to my friends and family."

"We bought the Big Deal for a $75 appliance repair, thinking that they would fix our washing machine for this price.  We should be so lucky. Having a crew in the area, they came out the same day and told us that the drain pump needed to be replaced, and that it would cost $160.  I guess in retrospect I should have realized that parts would be extra.  We had bought the machine used for about $200, and would have traded it in for another used one for about the same price.  As it was, we spent more than that to fix the old one.  I have no complaints about their service, professionalism, or punctuality.  But if I had known the total price beforehand, I would not have chosen this option.  As it was, once I bought the Big Deal, I felt like I was already invested and it limited my choices.

"It went really well, better than expected. Mr. King was great to work with as he provided me several options for water proofing (for the future) and he installed a sump pump which is what I needed as the first step. He was on time, cleaned up after the job was done (and during) and wanted to make sure we were very happy with his work. I waited to do a review because I wanted to see how the sump pump worked after rain. We have had a couple of good rain events since it was installed and we heard it working and doing its job. The unit is a little loud, but knowing it is working and moving the water out of the crawlspace is all that matters to me."

We are in a time when customers are quick to complain and find fault with the quality of work that has been completed. I am doing just the opposite.Abry's team was professional, friendly and very helpful whenever I asked any questions and they took the time to carry on a conversation while they were working. Their work ethic and attention to detail totally impressed me. They put in nine piers and at the end of the day—I can honestly say that there was NO evidence they did any work. Everything was put back and it looked as though nothing was disturbed—right down to the mulch in the landscaped areas. Every one of the individuals I came in contact with at Abry Brothers was helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Beginning with setting up a time for Troy to come out and do an inspection of the foundation. He was very informative and helpful in making a decision to do the foundation repair. Followed by the structural engineer who was also very friendly and went out if his way to schedule a time to meet me at my house.
