"John Bates responded as soon as I went looking for a roofing company. We did not know what bad shape our roof was in. We could not have asked for anyone better than John and his roofing crew. They worked in the cold of December to make sure we were well taken care of. They worked with our insurance company to insure we got the best shingles and other materials and that everything was installed to perfection.
