"I got estimates from three companies and Sal's was the most suitable for me, based on description of the work and price quoted. The work was performed with minimal disruption to us and maximal attention to details, clean, and thorough. However, several days later the leak possibly originating from the area of the work performed was noted, with some damage to the ceiling on the lower level. Sal responded immediately, identified the leak and concluded that, even though it was not origination from exact point of original repair, the repair itself might have caused disruption in the system that resulted in new problem. The plumber was courteous and professional and provided a neat and quality job. The only reservation I have is that the cost for replacing the failed faucet looked high. However, since the plumber went above and beyond expectations by also replacing the drain, I am satisfied."
