They were very prompt with responding to my request to be contacted approximately three minutes after I asked they called they were out the following day and the plumber was neat courteous very polite explained everything in great detail and made every effort to get everything done in one day which he did All work was done I was very pleased with the excellent Quality work. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs I have."

"Can't recommend Golden Rule Plumbing enough. I'll definitely be using them for all of my plumbing needs going forward. 3 years when we moved into our house, we had an occasional sewage smell coming from our powder room. Golden Rule was able to somehow diagnose and determine that it was coming from an uncapped drainage pipe in the wall because they used to have the washer\dryer on the 1st floor (rather than the basement). They capped and resolved that. More recently, I had a leaking pipe in my basement. They fixed it the same day I called.
