"This turned into a major job. Needed to replace the main line from house to the city connection. Felix kept me informed the entire time, explained all work being done. He was very polite and on time every day. The job took 4 days and he cleaned up every day covering open holes with wood to make it safe. They also responded within an hour of first contacting them and started work that day, a Sunday even. I was very impressed."
