"They came out and inspected after we heard some scratching noises in the attic. They found a couple squirrel nests and one bat. They set some traps for the squirrels and came back a few days later to remove them when they caught something. After removing the pests they repaired the vent screens, but had to build a bat escape on one of them to allow any nesting bats to escape but not get back in. After leaving the bat escape up for a month or so, they came back and removed it along with any debris in the attic and put in a permanent screen repair on that vent as well. All and all, they were very kind and prompt. I had lots of questions about the work and the price, and they were happy to answer them. While the price for removing the pests was fair, I do think the costs for repairing/installing screens on the attic vents was a bit high. Though, I did not get comparative quotes for this work so I can't really compare it. The work does seem of high quality so no complaints there, I just think maybe a handy person or someone could have repaired the vents in a similar quality for much less. But who knows. Still happy with the service and warranty."

"We have used Perma Treat Pest Control for three years. When we bought our house, it was overrun with ants. We lovingly called it and quot;The Ant Houseand quot;, but there was nothing fun about it. Perma treat went above and beyond to rid our home of the ant problem, coming out quickly to bait when any new ants were discovered. If you spot any new pests on their list in or around the house, they will come out promptly and assess the situation, and bait or spray as much as needed until the problem is gone. It has now been two years since we have had any ants in the house. The quarterly treatments keep them out and our service provider checks around the perimeter thoroughly for any new issues. They even sweep the cobwebs away from the exterior windows and soffits! We no longer have an ant house, but we now refer to our service provider lovingly as and quot;The Ant Ladyand quot;. We think this company has very fair pricing, and would recommend their service to anyone with pest problems. <br />"

"I called Bug Busters for a consistant ant problem that I have had. I have treated it with over the counter pesticides and the problem just continued. Bug Busters sent a technician named Jamie. He was VERY knowledgeable about the business and the problem that I was having. Jamie explained that my little pests were called odorous house ants that often nest indoor in wall and floor voids. He explained that they like crevices around sinks and cupboards and stated that since I only had wingless ants in the house it meant that they were just worker ants and the nest was still outside... the worker ants were simply inside foraging for food. Jamie's knowledge of his trade and his dedication to treat my house professionally is the reason that I highly recommend Bug Busters pest control.
