They were very responsive to our initial request, and we talked to one of the owners of the company via phone and in person within 7 days of our outreach. The project is probably too small for their level of services, but we will definitely consider using them for a future, more complex interior home renovation. They were very nice and giving of their time and expertise, and their build process seems very professional and polished. We had an excellent experience with them."

When unexpected obstacles arose due to previous repair jobs that had been done in the bathroom, Israel brought them to our attention immediately and provided estimates for our approval before moving forward. The job was finished on time and looks fantastic.The team is VERY easy to work with, and Israel was highly responsive -- both during the job, and afterward. A few weeks after completion, I asked him to come address an issue with the shower door and he took care of it within a couple of days. "I would recommend Capstone Remodeling to anyone who will listen (I already have two friends planning on reaching out). Stephen, Jaime, Nelson, Geraldo, and Juan Carlos all did amazing work and I plan on hiring them for any future work I have done on my home. Stephen was very responsive and communicative throughout the whole process. The first thing I noticed was that Stephen discussed my options with me and made sure the solution he was providing was what I needed. I've dealt with other contractors who talk over me or try to convince me they know best, but not Stephen. He was also very mindful of time and budgeting concerns as some less than pleasant surprises were discovered under my existing floor. Stephen, Jaime, and Nelson had their work cut out for them and had to rip out the existing flooring structure on about 350 sq ft of my house, which had not been built correctly when it was originally added. That room used to be a safety issue (the floor was falling apart) and now it's my favorite part of the house. They also extended the new flooring throughout the main level of my house. Geraldo did a beautiful job of repairing drywall, patching, and painting the addition. He is so meticulous and skilled that I don't think I can ever be satisfied to paint a wall on my own anymore. Juan Carlos laid new tile for my fireplace hearth and has made it such a wonderful feature of the house. I know this is a long review but I really can't say enough good things about Capstone Remodeling and everyone who worked on my house. I am so used to having to be on top of things and figure things out on my own but Capstone Remodeling was dedicated to making sure everything was taken care of and done well. They are the best!"

"Additional work was needed to take the floor and walls down to studs and joists to remove rotten wood, so work took longer than originally estimated. Some items were back-ordered, adding to the length of the project. Workmanship looks excellent. I am very pleased with the new bath!"

Special thanks to Mr. Ali, who not only painted the whole house exquisitely but also offered helpful suggestion regarding color schemes and types of paints to be used. Alex was part of different crews that came and was very receptive at all the demands that were made, even if they were not explicitly mentioned in the initial contract. Devin also managed to superbly accommodate the various unexpected aspects of the work and, again, maintained everything within the time and budgetary confines of the contract. If you want something to be done on time, of good quality and relatively moderate price, considering hiring them. They are awesome.

Patrick was with us from concept to permitting to demo to build and we are absolutely thrilled with our new space. We had a loft space that made several hundred square feet of unusable space in our house. Patrick worked with us to understand the design options, work us through the concept and process, did all of the permitting and managed the process from start to finish. We now have a full third bedroom in our house, a brand new walk-in closet, a new ceiling and lighting in our kitchen and we also had them replace all of the carpeting in our second bedroom, hall, two staircases and a closet. He also painted the entire frame and replaced some additional wood that we damaged at top of frame and caulked it all. Also had a basement door frame sanded and repainted.
