"I was contacted about repairing my washer. The techs came out the day I called, diagnosed the problem, returned with the part the following week. It had to be ordered. Not only did they repair my washer, they helped me with the dryer. They were polite, helpful, and good senses of humor. I think it was a bit expensive, but was worth the prompt and professional service."

"Andi and AGB responded quickly and offered to repair my dryer at a great price. Other companies were either too overpriced (nearly same price as new dryer) or would not respond. And I came and diagnosed the issue, gave me a quote, and a few days later, he came to repair the dryer. I would definitely recommend Andi and AGB. Thank you!!"

I called mid-day Friday regarding a rental property that I have in Alexandria, Virginia and Sammy was able to get out the same day, quickly diagnosed the issue with the Kenmore washer/ dryer! Repaired it the same day and had the units running prior to leaving!! I highly recommend Sammy Appliances Repair Services!! Just fantastic!!"

"They did really great job. Profesional work thank you Guys will use your work service again"

"I had a problem with the smell coming off a GE combo washer/dryer that I had just bought. I was so worried that "smell" wasn't something you could get help with. I am very sensitive to chemical smells, and this appliance was filling the house with a chemical smell. I went into the shop on Dransville road to get help and after talking with them, they called someone and that person said no problem. The salesperson had me smell the insides of the machines on the floor until we found one that didn't give off any chemical smell. I might have looked kind of foolish sniffing machines, but it was actually brillant. They took the smelly machine back and used the credit for the new machine I sniffed out. Everyone was a s nice as they could have been. Thank you so much, Sterling Appliance!"

"Quick, professional, and honest. Fixed my washer/dryer fast and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend."

"It went very well. Khader was on time, and after running the washer and looking underneath, he diagnosed the problem as a bearing issue. The cost to repair would be over $500, and so now I am searching for a new washer. I appreciate Khader's knowledge and expertise. Would definitely hire again. Thank you."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."
