I have really enjoyed the additional living space that has been provided. I originally found BetterLiving Patio and Sunrooms on another website. I contacted their office and Ray, the owner, picked up the call. The rest was history. My family and I are very pleased with the results and recommend them highly. The staff is great to work with and if there is anything that I have needed, Ray and staff have quickly responded and have taken care of it for me. I love my home and enjoy it even more, there truly are no bad days here! I originally wrote this review in 2015, it is now 2019 and I have added another project and still stand by these words. "We have utilized KMA for several projects and each was well done. The first project was our deck, addressing the failures of another contractor. Marshall and Adam not only fixed the failures, but completed what was otherwise an abandoned project. They did a beautiful job. The success of the deck gave us the confidence to move forward with a master bath renovation. They were detail oriented, conscientious of quality workmanship and sometimes worked weekends to keep the job on track. Their commitment to the job was evident and the end result was impressive. Feeling so fortunate to finally find a contractor like KMA, we proceeded with a third project - finishing our unfinished basement. The guys welcomed creative ideas in the layout/design and again took pride in their workmanship. Their commitment to the job was exemplary. "Joyce added a 3 Seasons room to our beck deck. It was a very enjoyable experience working with true professionals. They took the time to go over all of options and provided nice recommendations for the project. Once we had our plans Joyce took over the whole experience from permits to the delivery of materials. The installers were extremely professional and answered all my questions during the build. Before the installers left they made sure they did a thorough sweep for any waste and debris. The room is a great addition to our home and has made my fiancée a very happy woman. It has also been a nice hangout room for our grandchildren when they visit. Thanks Joyce for making our home a nicer place to live!!!"

"The owners (Chris and Cal) did an excellent job on our remodeled project. They were personally involved with the project and worked directly with us during the entire planning and implementation of the work. They were true craftsmen. We wanted a contractor who could do the entire project and C&C fit the bill. They performed the drywall, flooring, windows, painting, electrical, and structural part of the job. We would highly recommend them ."

My Wife Found Pro Home, enter Rick and his team!! Rick helped us envision our possibilities, sort out all the complicated details and was ALWAYS answering my phone calls. We had multiple quotes for a similar project from other businesses (I insisted we educate our self's) but found they wanted to sell us stuff we don't need. Much like any complicated custom project, it takes time, skill and patience to complete. But the finished product is well worth your time and money, We could not be happier! We even had the building inspector comment on how fantastic the room was!"
