"We hired Villatoros to remove our old deck and replace it with a 24' x 22' screened in porch with a new porch roof built into our existing roof. It is now where we spend the most time during the Spring, Summer and Fall. The quality of their work was very impressive. Our neighbors all say it looks like something out of a Southern Living magazine. It turned out well beyond our original expectations. This was a very big home project for us. We read some positive reviews, but we didnâ t have any firsthand experience with Villatoros. We started out small with them just adding a new roof structure over our old deck because we were having our whole roof reshingled for hail damage by a roofer selected by our insurance company. That was such a positive experience that we next asked them to remove the old deck and build a new larger deck with a concrete slab under it. As that work was being done, we felt really good about having selected them. We expanded the project to include finishing the inside of the porch, adding the screening, expanding the uncovered deck area, adding a skirt around the bottom of the deck and building a shed roof on the side of the house. They handled all of the necessary permitting and inspections from beginning to end. Multiple crews worked on various parts of the project. They would arrive first thing in the morning and work until the end of the day. Over the weeks a couple of days were interrupted by material delays. They were very good about letting us know if the crew would not be out on a particular day. A couple of times we expressed concerns about how some part of the work was being done or changes that we wanted to make. They openly discussed our concerns, stopped the area of work and redid it to more than our satisfaction. When discussing changes, they shared alternatives and adjusted the project to include our alterations. We always felt very comfortable talking with the teams about the work they were doing, the work that was planned next and any changes we were thinking about. Their experience on prior projects was also very helpful in coaching us on possible changes we were thinking about. We found the owner, project leader and all of the team members very professional. We had feared trusting this project to some local 3 guys and a truck crew or some large new home builder less interested in our porch addition. We absolutely recommend them and plan to use them again this Fall for another major home improvement project."

"This father-and-son team is awesome. They were timely, communicative, and very fair. They started when they said they would, got the job done efficiently, and kept in touch with us about changes and innovations as the project went along. They were also totally honest with us about renovation ideas we had that would not have worked due to the condition and logistics of our home, which is 60 years old and sits on a steep hill. The E&A crew worked hard and left a spotless work space. The drywall in the office is as smooth as it can be -- you would never know this room was once part of an unfinished basement. "Precise Repair and Remodel did a great job completing a variety of remodeling jobs for our house. It was a great price and they make adjustments to the job when requested. They went above and beyond our initial expectations. We were pleased with the results. The only reason for not a full rating was due to estimated time taking longer than expected. We recommend that the time quoted should be increased due to unforeseen issues that might come up and changes needed to fix. While the time was a bit longer than expected, Precise Repair and Remodel does make sure the job is finished to the customers expectations and are happy with the results. "Tremendous Work and Great People My wife and I chose Bradley Construction to build our Four Seasons Room based on some things we happened to see on the internet. Mark Crosby, project manager, came out to see what we wanted done and how we wanted it be designed. He and Terry Bradley, owner, came back and discussed the project with us and made great suggestions about how they would design the addition. We were quite pleased with their suggestions and asked for their bid. In a matter of days the bid arrived and we were quite comfortable with the projected cost. Bradley Construction was ready to begin the project inside of a month. Bringing a front end loader in to do preparatory work made us a little uneasy about the damage that would be done to the rest of our yard. Remarkably, the work was done with very little impact on the yard. Work began immediately and progressed smoothly. All the folks were nice and quite skilled with the work they did. During this process Mark Crosby was always around making sure things were down according to our wishes. Anytime something out of the ordinary arose, Mark would talk with us and offer suggestions about what we might choose. As the build progressed, Mark would let us know what and when we had to make choices dealing with color, flooring, and fans. The only slow down in the build was our choice of window manufacturer. The room was ready for the windows but it took some time for the window company to have windows readied and installed. Otherwise, the project was completed and the room is beautiful.
