"The Dump performed a dump out of my septic tank. They got me scheduled right away and was on time to start the job. The job was finish very quickly including locating the tank and digging out the hole with a machine. I received a drawing of the tank's location and the field lines. They also explained each additional item that required maintenance including replacing the filter and baffle . I had to pay an additional $75 excessive solid fee. To be honest I wasn't expecting the additional cost, but this is the first time I have pumped out my tank in years, so it was overdue. I would recommend and will use them again. Great job!! The only advice for The Dump to add to their customer service tool box is if you replace items in the tank show the customer the finish work before you close out the tank and fill the hole with dirt."

"I loved Phillip customer service was excellent I wanted him to clear my main pipe to the street because i smell an odor like food but my bathtub upstairs was clogged so he did clean out the tub drain but for the cost of the snake i would rather got my main drain cleaned to the street because i smell that odor again"
