"NATE, INITIAL TECHNICIAN , DID A FANTASTIC JOB UNCLOGGING TOILETS AND RECOMMENDING .NEW TOILETS INSTALLED THAT WILL BRING MORE WATER PRESSURE TO FORCE SOLID WASTE INTO SEPTIC TANK. AFTER NATE LEFT.ARNARDO FROM BENJAMIN FRANKLIN PLUMBING SHOED UP AND PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT HE WAS CHECKING IF NATE TOOK PICTURES OF PIPES LEADING FROM SEPTIC TANK. HE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME HOW PIPES CLOG AND RECOMMWNDED 2 OPTIONS TO DO.: INSTALL A 2 -WAY PIPE TO SEPTIC TANK; I SPECT PIPES FOR APPRIX $2000. OR DO THE ABOVE, THEN FORCE WATER THRU PIPES BY A HYDRO JET WATER SOURCE , WHICH COSTS APPROX $5000. BEING AN ELDERLY WOMAN WITH A BIG DECISION, I CHOSE THE $ 5000 JOB. AFTER SPEAKING TO MY SON,I realized I did not have a chance to explore other companies for quotes and that I may have been high pressured to accept this expensive plumbing job . Alnardo is a very experienced technician, and I do know he had my best intetest to help me with this situstion. But, I am a person on fixed incomecancellin"

"LADIES - this one is for you! In the process of replacing our shower head we somehow busted the pipe. At 8 PM. On hair washing day. Talk about awful timing. Iceberg Home Services was the only company that answered my call and offered to get me immediate service. Christina was the initial person I spoke to and she instantly relieved my anxieties and stress. Sam was the plumber who came out to complete my repair and he kept me informed throughout the entire process, let me know exactly what was being repaired, and was so kind and professional throughout. I cannot thank this company enough! As a woman it's always hit or miss to find a good contract/service company that makes me feel comfortable and let me just tell you, THIS COMPANY IS A HIT ON THE BULLSEYE! The repairs weren't the cheapest but for the quality of work I would pay their fee 10 times over. This will be the ONLY company we utilize in the future for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical repairs. I promise they are worth a call!!"

"Had a bathroom completely remodeled. They replaced everything, the whole bathroom was gutted and redone. The attention to detail and exactitude the technicians put into their work was outstanding. They were neat and cleaned up each day upon leaving. They checked and rechecked every step of the way to ensure accuracy. Special thanks to Jess and Marco, they are an amazing team. Additionally, the office was always there if I had a question or concern."
