He uses an online site that shows exactly what's been done every day, with photographs each day, and the ability to send message back and forth through the site. We were constantly in the know and always felt we were treated really well. We had never done a project this size, and we were consulted every step of the way. When we needed advice on design, color, etc., Dave was great and we quickly realized we has similar tastes. We trusted him completely. And we LOVE our kitchen.
