My Father has been in the business for nearly 15 years working with Big Owners/Leaders such as Eric Craig , Perry Kessler (PKC owner),Ken hoover ,Clancy Martin and so many more. "SERVICE MAN CAME OUT ON 10/19 TO FIX MY WASHING MACHINE THAT WASN'T DRAINING, FOUND A SOCK IN THE MACHINE TUB THAT WAS CAUSING THE PROBLEM AND ALSO DID SOME OTHER TROUBLESHOOTING TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS WORKING BEFORE HE LEFT. HE MADE SURE THE TUB WAS DRAINING, REMOVED THE PUMP AND CLEANED UP THE BUILDUP IN THE WASHER.  HE WENT OVER EVERYTHING THAT WAS WRONG AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PATIENT.  HAD ANOTHER PROBLEM ON 11/14 WITH SOME BUILD UP IN MY WASH MACHINE VALUES AND THE SAME SERVICE MAN CAME OUT.  HE CLEANED THE VALUES AND DID SOME ADDITIONAL TROUBLESHOOTING TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS OKAY.  HE DIDN'T CHARGE ME FOR THIS SERVICE CALL WHICH WAS A VERY NICE SURPRISE.  I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, THEY WERE ABLE TO COME OUT AND FIX MY WASH MACHINE PROBLEMS EITHER THE SAME DAY I CALLED OR THE NEXT DAY.  I PLAN ON USING THIS COMPANY FOR ANY HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCE REPAIR I HAVE IN THE FUTURE.
