"Dwayne was really responsive and was willing to come out the same day we exchanged emails. When he arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem and presented a solution for the work that needed to be done. We needed a new valve stem put in and also new shower knobs. He took a trip to Lowe’s and picked up the product we needed. He completed the task in about 3 hours. The charge for the parts was low however, the cost for the labor was a little more than I was expecting. Either way, the job is done and he gave us a year warranty on the job he did today. Advantage was very nice and helpful from my phone call through the service call. I could not be more pleased with the work and the technician. Initial call was for leak under master bath sink. When we went to the basement to turn off the water we discovered a split pipe above my hot water heater. The technician was able to fix that issue in short order along with the master bath leak. I am so pleased he was able to do that repair in the same visit rather than having to set another appointment. I will use Advantage from now on."
