TriCounty came in and assessed the situation and gave our HOA a couple options. TriCounty began the process by first closing all entry points. Next, they set traps and monitored any potential activity for 2 weeks. Once they confirmed there was no activity, they scheduled the complete removal of all debris including insulation. Once the debris was removed, they completely sanitized the entire attic and replaced with new insulation. We are completely satisfied with their attention to detail and their care for the cleanliness of our property and living area. "All in all we are quite satisfied. <br /> Commendable is that they performed the repeat treatment without question under the 1 year warranty at no extra cost to us. (We live near a flood channel by a hill side with plenty of fruit trees in the neighborhood to entice various critters.). <br /> As of now the infestation problem appears to be solved. Considering that the issue needed to be addressed twice within a year, the cost that appeared a bit high at first, was actually very reasonable. In other words, they certainly gave us our money's worth. <br /> Note that some of their technicians are more thorough than others. We really appreciate that this is a lousy job having to crawl around under the house and in the attic, and the rodents had actually chewed through an outside wall by the foundation and another wall in the laundry room behind the water heater. Anyways, one technician completely missed these entry points, whereas the next one who came back when we still heard noises, immediately found and sealed the holes. <br /> This said, the work they did was well done, they built and placed wire frames into the crawl space entries under the foundation and sealed along the roof line, used cement patching for the walls, even fixed a gap in the laundry room door. <br /> The technicians were professional, explained issues, and generally showed up on time. <br /> The only issue, which took our rating down a bit, was the completely unprofessional front office customer service. Appointments were messed up, messages apparently not relayed, and worst of all, when we left messages requested a callback, 9 out of 10 times NEVER had a call back. Two technicians who showed up one day made the trip in vain, because we had left a message the previous day canceling and asking for a call to reschedule. Another time the scheduled technician did not show up at all.  If we didn't know better, we'd think Already a Better Choice doesn't really care to generate business. <br /> So once they figure a way to get their reception/customer service in order, they can really be among the top businesses in Pest Control around the LA area. <br /> We would use them again, but find a way to make arrangements with a technician directly instead of calling the office number. <br />"

Moving into a new home, we requested a termite inspection after being here for six years, concerned that if there were termites, we would like to have them eradicated early before any damage occurred. Karissa at the office set us up with an appointment promptly and was very professional at each contact. Enter Michelle their inspector. If I could give her 10 stars it would still be too little. First, Michelle arrived early after first phoning us asking if that would be okay. She arrived looking very professional and was courteous, professional, personable and so knowledgeable about pest control. She explained the inspection process, asked if we knew of any problem areas and started her inspection. Thorough, even explained the double screening in the attic was a good extra preventive measure, wore gloves and left everything spotless. Walked out to her truck and it too was spotless, showing great pride in not only her, but also company vehicle appearance. Thankfully we are termite free, and I would use Lloyd anytime in the future we have pests or even concerns about pests. We just would ask they send Michelle the next time for sure."

"Although the man came on a regular basis and set traps, he did not catch many gophers. We changed to another company and he was catching 1-3 gophers a week. The new company had another kind of trap. No poison but he used multiple traps and they were safe for other pets as well."

Luis came in and sprayed the outside and the baseboards as well as inside the walls. The ants have been gone for two weeks now. I have him coming back every three months to respray.
