"It was 10am during the week between Christmas and New Years day. My main water valve inside the house was stuck in the off position so I had no water for toilets, sinks.... Chris from the company made it out to my house in advance of the Noon appointment and worked with the village (the village has to turn on\off the water from outside to my house) to get the repair completed within 2.5 hours, which was amazing. Flomaxx completed the pump change, even though they desperately tried to save the prior pump from having to be taken out, I insisted that they change it because the leak had been going for over 6 months, after having the original plumber come back twice, and he had not resolved this issue. Flomaxx also discovered a leak in the toiled attached to the pump, and changed that with a toilet that I provided, and gave me a solution for another small laundry tub sink, that I was able to go get the part from Menards, and change myself."
