Our pricing is very simple: we charge a $175 service fee, and $150 per hour for Lead Electricians, $115 per hour for Second Electricians, and $85 to $95 per hour for Helpers. , plus parts for electrical, drain work and appliances. We service all brands of portable and stand by generators. Work before 6 am as well as night after 6pm, weekends and holidays is subject to additional charges. "I found Delaware Valley Plumbing when we finally got fed up with our leaky kitchen faucet and looked for a plumber to replace it. Our faucet set up is not standard, so we bought a replacement that matched the existing set up to facilitate the repair. They were able to come out a few days after the call - in the middle of the pandemic - and replaced the faucet with only minor complications. "Overcharged to replace a kitchen faucet and bathroom tub spout. Pro that came was really nice & professional but company charged me $800 to replace one faucet and one spout. Was told price to replace kitchen faucet was $500 because they needed to replace the pipes as well. Pipes were not replaced. They just cleaned my existing pipe off. Bathroom tub spout was replaced. Paid close to $300 because they had to cut a small piece of the pipe in order to fit the new spout on the pipe because the pipe was too long to fit it. Invoice receipt had no price breakdown (parts & labor) just total cost."

"Professional, courteous, respectful, connected customer relationship and communication focused from first contact with owner Jake to administrator Amy to technician Robert. We received an email and a call from Amy notifying that Robert was on his way. Robert diagnosed the problems, described the solutions and made the repairs. Our clogged kitchen drain has been clear since his industrial snaking. And our "singing pipes" was actually a defective toilet closet mechanism which he replaced. He was the 3rd plumber we had in to fix the singing pipes and the only one who actually solved the problem. Robert was friendly, efficient and respectful leaving our place clean after his work. He was also willing to walk through the house to help us see if there was any other plumbing problems that needed repairing. We had pre-paid for an emergency/after hours visit which was higher than for regular hours. As it turned out, we ended up getting a regular hours timeslot due to a cancellation. The pre-payment was applied to the final bill collected by Robert at end of service, just as explained by Jake and confirmed by Amy. We will be calling Alliance Service Professionals again if/when we need plumbing done well by skillful and experienced professionals with respect for people and property."
