Jerry recently remodeled a bathroom, removed and rebuilt a new 400 sq ft deck and updated our garage with an epoxy floor and painted the walls and ceiling. During the planning phase Jerry was very helpful to help design all aspects of the remodeling. He was very responsive and worked to a tight time schedule. He is very conscientious of the work and makes sure everything is done right. When the job was finished, Jerry pointed out a couple things that he wasn't happy with that I hadn't even noticed and he promptly addressed the punch list. In addition, Jerry is very trustworthy. "Again , KS Home Solutions came thru for me. My 30 year old water heater broke, started leaking from the pressure relief valve! KS came out that afternoon to inspect and assure Mr that I was in no danger of pressure build up or other possible catastrophe. The next afternoon Ken met me at Lowe's and helped me pick out a good replacement (cost effective, good service provider) . They then delivered it that same afternoon removed the old one and installed the new one. Took about 4 hours total (did I mention ** 30 ** years old, over coming all the corroded fittings took most of the time). When they were done they cleaned up everything, moved the old heater and all the cardboard to the curb for pick up. The cost was more than reasonable and we'll worth every penny."
