"Ken is very punctual, quick to respond, and flexible with my hectic work schedule. The price was super reasonable and he did a great job and did it quickly too. He made sure everything was level and didn’t leave a mess behind. The surround was installed perfectly. But the caulking wasn’t as perfect as I would like it to be, and he missed a small area. But I am sure if I told him, he would come back to do it in a heartbeat. I just figure it’s something I can do myself so no biggie. I would definitely hire him again in the future for some other stuff I need done around the house once I save up some more money... like fixing my deck! In the meantime, this is my favorite place in my home to look at. The surround just complements the brick on my fireplace so beautifully. I’m happy."

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
