"Damien arrived on time, was very hard working, charged an exceptionally fair price, and did an outstanding job. When he left, everything was spotless. He replaced a kitchen faucet, installed a new bathroom faucet/shower head, fixed a running toilet, and even showed me what to use on stubborn hard water stains that I was unable to remove with all the usual methods. We also had him install a second hose for the backyard and replace the existing outdoor spigot. When we redo our bathroom, we will definitely call Damien."

They were very easy to work with Quinn answered all my questions Doug and Bernie and I forget the other guys name were a pleasure to have in my house. They did the work and the Quoted amount of time. They handled all the inspections and permits with the town. Extremely happy with the level of service and would recommend to anybody looking for heating needs. Edit from 2 years ago?. The company still has not picked up old water heater and boiler. Have called a number of times to get this done. Vicki is extremely unpleasant to deal with. Rude. Has zero phone skills. Should really look into finding a new person to answer the phones. She was basically yelling at me for asking, follow up questions. And when I I said, why are you yelling? She said so you would know if I was yelling at you. But she definitely was yelling. I really hope those phone calls are recorded. They?ve got their money. So obviously the customer service ha"
