For example, Mr. Keith spent a considerable amount of time taking "before" and "after" photos of the roof. He then used these photos to discuss and patiently explain his estimate, the scope of work required, the materials recommended, and finally, the end result. I could not have been more pleased with the entire process! In accordance with the contract, Keith and Company prepped all areas where indicated on both my front porch and the main flat roof. The workmen then installed new modified Bitumen rubber across the entire flashing of the front porch where it joins the front wall of my home. "Extremely well from beginning to end. The written estimate (one of 3) was provided by David Rohrer on 11/25/19 a day or two after an on-time visit to determine my need, measure the windows and explain product choices as well as the process from start to end. After obtaining all 3 estimates, I chose Unicorp on 11/27/19 based on price, product (Vytex vinyl) and most importantly...past experience (Roof, Front Entry-way). The manufacturer's rep (Mike) came on 12/10/19 to measure more precisely and a mid-January 2020 installation was projected. Several calls to keep me updated were made by the installation team/manufacturer's scheduler and installation was scheduled for 01/22/20. The installation team was a 1/2-hour early (7:30am) and thereby was able to complete all the work on a sunny, mid-40 degree day with little wind as darkness closed in. The 3-man installation team team was professional, courteous and careful with both interior and exterior, landscaping, etc., and thoroughly cleaned up the premises, inside and out. The window installation also had to be timed with my home security vendor, both before and after installation and the window crew did was very careful to avoid creating problems. The windows look great, function as promised (mechanically and insulation-wise) and the +$18k was well spent. I highly recommend Unicorp for home energy services (windows, roofing, doors) and if I ever needed siding I would go with them again."

"Outstanding. The job was originally estimated at one day but it soon turned into three full days. Every board that was cut and every shingle that was nailed was done in a highly professional manner. The roof is literally better than new. After raking the lawn could not come up with a single nail, the cleanup was that good. The roof itself was quoted at $5100 plus the additional plywood as needed. Another firm quoted a price including all needed plywood that was at least $500 more and did not include the finish coat of paint on the windows. The total cost was $9500 but that included an extensive amount of carpentry work (both roof plywood and window framing) at what I considered a reasonable price. An added bonus is we have enclosed gutters. The old roof the rain would bounce off the top of the gutters and could be very noisy at times, the new roof is very quiet. Roof color matches the paint scheme for the house and the installation was first rate. Price, quality, timeliness, could not have been better. Would definitely use this company again and would be happy to tell my neighbors. Two other quotes we received were higher as noted above and one couldn't supply the exact shingle color we wanted."

"Excellent experience! I cannot say enough great things about working with Zach and team on replacing our roof. Zach came out to our home and took his time going over and looking at the entire roof to ensure he had a clear picture of what needed to be done. He gave us a detailed quote including revising the quote and breaking it down several ways for us showing pricing differences for various shingles and even splitting up the roof into different sections. We were not ready to make the commitment right away and Zach did a great job checking in every so often, but not being an "over bearing sales guy" or completely "ghosting" us either. Once we decided to move forward with them we also had them quote and replace a portion of wood siding on our home with vinyl to match the rest of the house. Scheduling and communication throughout the project was excellent. The crew that came out was very hard working, respected our home and property, and were extremely professional.
