"We are looking to replace our large front lawn with  water-wise landscaping, with the objective of qualifying for the water district rebate which is available for replacing turf with low water use plants, and with the further objective of hoping to lessen our water usage.  After reading reviews on Angie's List we called Kirk and set up an appointment for him to come to our home.  He arrived at our home at the appointed time.  We explained to him our objectives and he listened attentively to our needs and limitations.  He thoroughly surveyed the area and took measurements before leaving.  We gave him the guidelines and plant list from the water authority.  He said that he would send us pictures of some of the plants he chose from the list so that  we could indicate any that we did not like.  The next week we received the labeled colored pictures of the plants and we indicated the ones we did not care for.  He was very accommodating and willing to be sure we were completely satisfied with the plant selection. <br />  Yesterday he met with us with the completed design plan.  He had done a very nice job and we were  pleased.  The plans (three copies) were complete with names of plants, number of plants, and pictures of each plant in color.  He carefully  explained to us his use of each plant and how it fits into the total design.  Kirk prompted us to ask any questions we might have and was very open to any concerns we had.  We are very happy that he has kept in mind the limited budget we have for installation and plants, and created a design not elaborate but attractive using plants of varying textures and sizes which complement each other. <br /> Kirk is very easy to work with and attentive to the desires and needs of the client. <br />"

"We contacted California Customs Landscape for an estimate of work we wanted done. We set an appointment for a couple weeks out. Henry came out and we told him basically what we wanted to do. Our project was not an easy one at all. Our retaining wall required quite a bit more digging for the foundation than most as our property sits below a main street. We also have a water line for a Fire Hydrant that runs right where we wanted to build our wall and extend our driveway. Henry and his team worked with the city and came up with a solution that worked for all. Henry was very professional, honest and up front with us from the first day we met. The crew was ran by Mike and they were all very professional. Mike also kept us updated daily on the progress and what to expect. His crew showed up daily at 7 am and worked a full 8 hours each day. They cleaned up the work area each day, swept the sidewalk and put away equipment and tools daily. Our work is now complete. We have a new driveway, extended for additional parking, new shrubs planted with drip system, new concrete walkway around side and back of house. We will definitely use Henry, Mike and their crews for any future work we may have. We have to say, we did not choose California Customs Landscape for the price, we chose them because they were knowledgeable, professional and honest. We couldn't be happier with our decision. We are still getting compliments on how much better our yard looks. Thank you California Customs Landscapes for everything."

"I liked that Tim was very honest and professional.  His workers did a fantastic job on the railing as well as the furniture.  They were professional and diligent.  They were careful working on our new roof deck and cleaned up after each day.  There was some miscommunication regarding scheduling, and the work took a bit longer than expected.  However Tim was very apologetic and even came to complete some work himself on the weekends.  I am very satisfied with the results and would be happy to hire them again.  (Which I will do, as the teak furniture needs maintenance over the years)."

"Given the constraints of doing construction during off hours only as this is a small business in a larger office building, the job was performed in a timely manner and we were thrilled with the results. All the cabinets in the small kitchen were replaced, flooring replaced, and interior repainted."

"Lynn is AMAZING! After looking at the top 5 sun room specialists we went with him and knew he was the best choice based on his knowledge, experience and time he took with us. He was the only one that mentioned a potential problem from the beginning that no other contractor has mentioned even when I asked them (it had to do with the spacing between where we wanted the cieling and a window that was already built into out house)! Lynn even took the time (and he was the only one again) to look at every aspect including drainage/water flow. He has brilliant ideas and is so on top of everything. We never thought to raise some height create a gable roof to solve a problem that he identified. He is very laid back to work with, has great communication and truly cares about your happiness with the project. His team (Pablo) are amazing. They helped us wire up the room with modern electrical options as well as came up with ideas for making the room look modern as well. This was truly money well spent and if you need to build a sun-room Lynn and his team are truly the only option we feel. They are so professional, cater to their clients happiness and get the job done correctly. I can not believe how neat they were too! I wish all contractors were like Lynn and his crew! <br />"

"Spazio LA is THE BEST!!! We just completed a whole house remodel of our 2,250 sf home, inside and out and the result is stunning! From the first day we met Essi and David to the last day of touch-ups, this incredible company went above and beyond absolutely all of our expectations! Our home is beautiful and has completely transformed the way we live and breathe! Our new home is clean, modern and clutter-free (including our newly organized garage with epoxy floor). We used all of Spazio’s suggested subs who were absolutely wonderful. All work was done to Essi’s exacting specifications and highest standards. You will never find a better general contractor than Spazio LA!"
